The Visitor Center is located in the Plaza Tower in the heart of Downtown Tyler and includes a boutique shop filled with shirts, hats, mugs, and lots of merchandise to show your love for Tyler, Texas.
The space also includes an information center, podcast studio, artwork from local artists, and a dynamic group of organizations that serve Tyler, Texas who office inside:

Street parking is available; metered parking is free on the weekend and after 5pm on weekdays.
The Visitor Center is open Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm; Saturday, 10am-3pm.
