Volunteer with Our Rose City Ambassador Program

Our new Rose City Ambassador Program is a great way for high school students to gain knowledge about Tyler, greet visitors, earn community service hours, and grow their communication skills. There are four opportunities each year to volunteer through this program with Visit Tyler. We hope you will apply to be our next Rose City Ambassador; the application deadline is January 31, 2022.

VISITOR CENTER INFO

The Visitor’s Center is located in the Plaza Tower in the heart of Downtown Tyler at 110 N. College Ave. Ste. 105.

Street parking is available; metered parking is free on the weekend and after 5pm on weekdays. The Visitor Center is open Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm; Saturday, 10am-3pm.

GETTING HERE

Whether flying or driving, Tyler is very easy to get to. Tyler is about 100 miles from DFW or Shreveport, Louisiana and 300 miles from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
