Vida Salt room is Tyler's first natural therapy Himalayan Salt Cave. We offer Halotherapy, also known as salt therapy, a holistic, drug free, natural approach to mental and physical wellness. It uses micro particles of salt to promote better breathing, healthier skin, and improved sleep. In addition to salt therapy, we offer other services such as massage, hand & foot reflexology, natural facials, guided breathwork meditation, and sound bath/healing sessions.
